- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆While progressive Auto Insurance might be a quality insurance agency; the "agents" at Theodore LaVigna Auto Insurance, lack proper customer service skills, compassion and tact. While questioning my policy and asking questions, during a phone call; I was asked to "calm down" and "let me talk", by the agent I was talking to. I wasn't yelling, nor was I speaking over him. I had general concerns over my policy. He was rude and unwilling to listen to me, his client. I wouldn't recommend this company, if my likelihood depended on it.By Melissa Fu, June 13, 2017
