  I have noticed in the past 3 years ( i have been a customer since the branch opened, and longer at other branches) or so a steady decline in the quality of the staff at this branch. The manager (Josh? Joel? Jeff?)seems to be quite pleased with himself, and in the course of a single conversation being asked questions about the new account charges replacing free checking, managed the hat trick of giving me wrong information, being oh-so-politely disrespectful, and basically telling me that if I felt the need to go elsewhere to bank, feel free. Katie, a teller, was rude to the point of attempting to refuse a deposit into a checking account that I have had for 25 years, and that carries a 5 figure balance. I realize that a small account like that makes no difference to Trustco, or any other bank, but it is a nice touch not to make the customer aware of how little importance his business has to the bank. She ought to learn that there are ways of educating customers about bank policies that do not involve the customer driving away wondering why he continues to bank at Trustco.

  He was very prifession hes very sweet and he knows the law! He also send me holiday cards still and its been years. I totally recommend him he was there in my darkest hour when no one else would take my case and we won! Thank you so much for helping me so i can help my kids!! Happy New Year

  I met Tim and the team a few years back with high interest and little knowledge in buying/investing. They were EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helped me to gain a couple properties in a short amount of time. Very easy to work with and I'd say if you have any questions AT ALL about real estate, this should be your go-to group. Even if you're thinking about it and feel overwhelmed as to where to start, I'd call Victory Funding because you might be surprised how quickly they get you into a property! They're a one stop shop for financing and buying/selling.

  While progressive Auto Insurance might be a quality insurance agency; the "agents" at Theodore LaVigna Auto Insurance, lack proper customer service skills, compassion and tact. While questioning my policy and asking questions, during a phone call; I was asked to "calm down" and "let me talk", by the agent I was talking to. I wasn't yelling, nor was I speaking over him. I had general concerns over my policy. He was rude and unwilling to listen to me, his client. I wouldn't recommend this company, if my likelihood depended on it.
